Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the most commonly used approached for helping athletes and other recover from stiffness, soreness, to treat musculoskeletal injuries, improve blood circulation and nutrients to injured tissue, and decrease inflammation to ultimately speed recovery time. Whirlpools are designed to aid in the recovery of extremities and full body. Cold whirlpool therapy, contrast therapy, and warm whirlpool therapy lead to increased healing for sore muscles.
